A straightforward
way to start.
Understand what happens to an enquiry before you decide to send one.

1. Describe your project
Tell us your location, pool type and the work you are considering. Share only what is needed to explain the project. An enquiry is not a booking or a quote.
2. Confirm a suitable provider
Enquiries may be passed to the appointed service provider with your consent. Coverage, capacity and suitability need confirmation. We do not guarantee a response, a contractor match or a particular outcome.
3. Discuss assessment and scope
The provider may request photos, ask further questions or offer an inspection. Ask about any inspection charge before agreeing. A reliable scope may require an on-site assessment.
4. Make your own decision
Verify the provider’s relevant credentials and review the written terms. The quote, contract, payment and any workmanship arrangements are directly between you and the provider.
Enquiry contact: use the form, email info@waggapoolrenovations.com or call 0490 008 212. Confirm provider identity, scope and availability before agreeing to a visit or work.
What makes an enquiry useful
A clear enquiry starts with your suburb and the change you want to make. Describe the pool construction if known, the approximate size and the symptoms you have noticed. Tell us if previous repair attempts have not resolved the problem. If you are unsure about the material or finish, say so rather than selecting a category that might be wrong.
Separate essential repairs from optional improvements. For example, you may need loose coping assessed but also want to explore a greener interior colour or a garden water feature. That distinction helps a provider explain the assessment and discuss a scope in a sensible order.
Photos, inspection and charges
A provider may ask for pictures of the pool, affected surface and access route. Take photographs only from a safe place and do not drain the pool or open equipment for the purpose of an enquiry. Photos support an initial discussion, but they cannot reveal every fault or replace an inspection.
Before agreeing to a visit, ask whether there is a charge and what the assessment includes. Confirm whether you will receive a written proposal or whether further investigation is required. The enquiry website does not set the contractor’s pricing or guarantee appointment availability.
After the first conversation
Keep the provider’s details and a short record of what was discussed. Ask for preparation, repairs, selected materials and exclusions to be documented. If the scope changes, clarify the reason and the approval process before proceeding. Direct questions about contracts, payments and workmanship to the provider responsible for that work. You can also contact the website’s published email about the handling of your original enquiry.
