What to include in your pool enquiry

Tell us where the pool is located and what prompted you to get in touch. A suburb or nearby town is enough to begin; do not include information that is unrelated to the project. Explain whether you are considering resurfacing, a specific repair, coping and tiles, equipment changes or landscaping. If several items need attention, list them in order of importance.

Include the construction type if you know it and the approximate pool dimensions. Describe visible changes such as a rough interior, loose edge materials or unexplained water loss. Mention any repairs already attempted and when the problem first appeared. You do not need to identify a cause before asking for an assessment.

Planning a larger refurbishment

For a wider renovation, explain what you would like to retain. The existing shape, established planting and usable paving may be important parts of the backyard. Describe design preferences separately from faults, such as a blue-green water appearance, softer garden edges or a recirculating waterfall. The provider can then discuss what needs investigation before those ideas can be developed.

Mention access limitations and your preferred timing. Narrow gates, steps or a long route from the driveway may be relevant to an inspection or working method. If the property is outside Wagga Wagga, give the town so travel and coverage can be discussed. Availability is confirmed directly by the provider.

What happens after you send the form

An enquiry is a request for a conversation, not a booking, fixed quote or agreement to commence work. Your message is directed to the published business email and may be shared with a relevant service provider with your consent. Confirm who will handle any follow-up and ask about an inspection charge before agreeing to a visit.

If the form does not confirm submission, keep your message and use the email link or published phone number instead. Avoid sending payment details, identification documents or other sensitive information through an initial enquiry. Questions about the handling of your message can be directed to info@waggapoolrenovations.com.
